IMPORTANT: you must install the upgrade individually on each computer running Merlin, starting with the machine running MerlinServer.
Make sure you close MerlinServer before installing.
1. Save the
file to an easily accessible folder e.g. My Documents.
2. Double-click on the file to start installation. (Close Merlin server first.)
3. Follow the on-screen instructions
IMPORTANT: you must install the upgrade individually on each computer running Merlin, starting with the machine running MerlinServer.

In some
instances, extra Merlin icons may be added to the desktop; these can be safely
deleted.

Merlin
Professional has been developed in Scotland for Scottish dentists.The program
can, however, be used by private practices throughout the U.K.
The evaluation
copy is a single-user version of Merlin Professional. This program is a
fully-working version of Merlin, containing all features, but limited to 20
patients.
1. Download
and save the program (MerlinSetup.exe) to an easily accessible place, e.g. My
Documents.
2. Double-click on the program (MerlinSetup.exe) to start installation.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions

1. Download

2. Above the Merlin Professional Appointments Book, Click the menu
option 'Manage... Fee Scales...'
3. Right Click anywhere on the Fee Scales page
4. Click on 'Load New NHS Fee Scale' (NOTE: do NOT use 'Import
fee scale..." menu option!!!)
5. In the 'Open' window, navigate to where you have downloaded the file in
the 'Look in' box from step 1
6. Click on 'Fees Sep-2009'
7. Click on 'Open'
8. You will be asked if you want to merge data from previous fee scale.
Click
'Yes'
9. Close Merlin and re-open for changes to take effect
NOTE:
Network users only need to import the file onto one machine, but Merlin Server
needs to be closed and re-opened for the changes to take effect on all machines.
